Guessing Game

Guessing Game

[15 Minutes]

Guessing games help your child to develop memory recall and concentration. Your home can be a source of simple games to help your child develop these skills.

You'll need:

• three seashells • one bean or other small objects that can be hidden

What to do:

  1. Put three seashells on a table.
  2. Put a bean under one of the shells.
  3. Move the shells around.
  4. Let your child guess which shell is hiding the bean.
  5. Be prepared to take your own turn!

Let's Talk: Ideas to Explore Together.

  • Were you a good guesser with our game today?
  • Would you like to play this game again?
  • Can you think of other things we could hide?

Useful information:

While you are playing this game together, your child is developing observational skills and thinking skills.
