Puzzle Letter

Puzzle Letter

[20 Minutes]

Does your child enjoy getting mail? Sending a letter that is also a puzzle is guaranteed to result in return mail.

You'll need:

• 8" x 10" piece of paper, cardboard, or file folder • markers or crayons • scissors • envelope

What to do:

  1. Write a note to your child on the cardboard. Include a drawing if you like. Sign your name.
  2. Cut the note into 8 to 10 pieces.
  3. Put it into an envelope and mail it to your child. Your child will have to put the puzzle together in order to read your message.
  4. Invite your child to send a mail puzzle to you or a friend.
