Rainbow Parfait

Trying to get your child to eat five servings of fruit a day? Why not make a colorful fruit parfait together!
You'll need:
clear plastic glass or cup vanilla yogurt fruit (fresh, frozen or canned) spoon
What to do:
- Into a clear plastic glass or cup, layer vanilla yogurt with fruits.
- Invite your child to help put the fruit pieces between each layer of yogurt.
- To make it colorful, layer several different types of fruit such as peaches, plums, strawberries, blueberries and mandarin oranges.
- Enjoy this yummy and healthful treat with your child!
