Backhand Tennis

This game will challenge you while you improve your backhand stroke. The object of the game is to volley the ball as long as possible only using the backhand stroke. This game will improve backhand stroke skills as well as endurance.
You'll need:
tennis ball 2 racquets
What to do:
- If possible, print out these directions. Read them through before you begin.
- Gather everything you’ll need.
How to play:
- Player 1 will serve the ball to player 2's court.
- Player 2 will return the ball using only a back-hand stroke.
- The players continue to volley the ball until one of the players fails to use the backhand stroke to return the ball or the ball is hit out of bounds.
- If this happens, the other player receives a point.
- The player who reaches 15 points first wins the game.
- Challenge yourselves by alternating hitting the ball with a backhand stroke and then a forehand stroke in another game.
Useful information:
This is a great way to improve your backhand. I am always running around my backhand, but now I enjoy those shots the most. (Jordan, age 14)
